1. Pre-entry survey: This involves the pre-entry surveys called by the ship’s insurers and in such cases, the task of our surveyor is to inspect and establish the condition of the hull, machinery, equipment and overall condition of the ship.
2. Damage surveys: The machinery and the cargo gear can get damaged because of several circumstances during vessel operation; for instance, collision, fire, heavy weather, etc., and the aim of this inspection is to establish the extent of the damages to the vessel.
3. Pre-purchase / trading surveys: The aim of this inspection is to make a full inspection of the hull, machinery and equipment of the vessel, when she changes her owner, in order to protect the owners’ interests.
