Vessel's Sealing (Hatches and Manholes)

Hatches and manholes are sealed or unsealed after loading or prior to discharging cargo, with the subsequent issuance of a certificate stating the numbers of seals attached or removed from the hatches and manholes. This provides the assurance that cargo has not been tampered with during the voyage.
